We obtain the precious hazelnuts of the noble “Tonda Gentile” variety directly from the Noé family in Piedmont. This variety is now considered the best in the world, and not only by connoisseurs! The Noé family from Lequio Berria in Piedmont are passionate hazelnut farmers. They are committed to organic farming and cultivate their hazelnuts with organic fertilizers and entirely without pesticides.

Upon order, the fresh hazelnuts are shipped to us in Zurich. They are caramelized in a nostalgic copper pot and then coated with fine Hacienda Limon 74% chocolate.

The result is an aromatic nut that finds its perfect coating thanks to the Hacienda Limon 74% chocolate.

We do not use any glazing agents in our Dragée products, but they shine with a very unique look.
