Popcorn or chocolate? Why not combine them? We thought so too and created an unusual chocolate: Hacienda San Cayetano, Farina Bona 68%.

Farina Bona is added to the spicy cocoa of the Hacienda San Cayetano in our manufactory in Zurich. Farina Bona is the traditional corn from the Onsernone Valley that, thanks to the very fine grinding of gently roasted grains, gives the chocolate the taste of popcorn.

The spicy characteristic of the Finca Rodrigo cocoa bean and the subtle roasted aromas of the corn give an exciting taste experience.
