The precious hazelnuts, the noble variety “Tonda Gentile”, which is now considered the best in the world, not only by connoisseurs, are sourced directly from the Noé family in Piedmont. The Noé family from Lequio Berria in Piedmont are hazelnut farmers with a passion. They value organic farming, cultivating the hazelnuts with organic fertiliser and entirely without pesticides.

On order, the hazelnuts are shipped fresh to us in Zurich. Here they are caramelised in the nostalgic copper kettle and finally covered with fine Hacienda Limon 74% chocolate.

The result is an aromatic nut that finds its perfect shell thanks to Hacienda Limon 74% chocolate.

For our Dragée products we work entirely without glossing agents, but they shine with a very individual look.
