Rio Sinu with salt – the sailing ship chocolate with a playful touch
Swiss history meets chocolate craftsmanship. The alpine salt from Bex lies protected in the rock for 200 million years and is extracted by traditional knowledge and pure mountain water. Let this pair surprise you.
The Rio Sinu cocoa arrives in Europe from Colombia on the sailing ship “Tres Hombres”; here it is roasted, conched and processed into the typical laflor chocolate bars. And now we have added a pinch of salt to it from the saltworks in Bex in the canton of Vaud. The coarseness of the alpine salt gives the chocolate an exciting, playful note.
