Rio Sinu with salt – the sailing ship chocolate with a playful touch
Swiss history meets chocolate craftsmanship. The alpine salt of Bex has been preserved in the rocks for 200 million years and is extracted using traditional knowledge and pure mountain water. Let yourself be surprised by this pair. Rio Sinu cacao reaches Europe from Colombia on the “Tres Hombres” sailing ship; here it is roasted, conched and processed into the typical laflor chocolate bars.
We have added a pinch of salt from the saltworks in Bex in the canton of Vaud. The grainy texture of the alpine salt has a perky effect, giving the chocolate an excitingly playful note.
