A rendezvous featuring two of our partner farms: we combine Hacienda Limon cacao from Ecuador – a beautiful plantation located at the foot of the mystical Andes in the middle of never-ending cacao and banana plantations – with fruity Fazenda Vera Cruz cacao nibs – a showcase for mixed cultures from Brazil.
The finished chocolate surprises with its crunchy mouthfeel, fine malt and subtle caramel notes. A laflor duet for all those who simply can’t get enough aromatic cacao!
