A heavenly inspiration from the “Äss-Bar”, which ensures that breadcrumbs from the day before find their way to us in the manufactory.

Lightly toasted organic breadcrumbs we coat with the artisan dark milk chocolate.

We came up with the idea over lunch with our co-working space friends from the “Äss-Bar”. We reminisced about the chocolate bread in the playground. These were our culinary highlight of the school day. And already the laflor Bread Dragées invented.

The “Äss-Bar” supplies us with crumbs made from “old” organic bread, which we save from disposal thanks to dragging. The bread is cut into evenly sized pieces in the “dumpling shredder” (there really is such a thing). We carefully roast them and coat them in our Dark Milk Chocolate, 56% Hacienda Limon, Ecuador.
