High-quality organic whole milk powder is added to the extraordinary cacao from Hacienda Limon in Ecuador – a beautiful plantation located at the foot of the mystical Andes in the middle of never-ending cacao and banana plantations. The whole milk powder used is of highest quality and provides a subtle caramel flavour.

The use of less milk powder and sugar results in an elegant, cacao-intensive, dark milk chocolate with 56% cacao content, with a fine caramel and delicate honey note. A sheer poem!
