Popcorn or chocolate? How about combining them? We felt the need to do something different and created an unusual chocolate: Hacienda San Cayetano, Farina Bona 68%.

The tangy cacao from Hacienda San Cayetano is infused with Farina Bona in our manufactory in Zurich. Farina Bona is the typical corn variety from the Onsernone Valley, which – thanks to the very fine grinding of gently roasted grains – gives the chocolate the taste of popcorn.

The tangy characteristics of the Hacienda San Cayetano cacao beans and the fine roasted aromas of the corn create an exciting flavor experience.
