The floral fresh sailing ship chocolate

Guaviare Cacao grows in the Colombian Amazon rainforest. Small farmers nurture and care for the cacao in their own co-operative. Thanks to the lush vegetation, it is rich in flavours with a tart, fresh note and hints of honey and caramel. Guaviare is our most sustainable cacao variety, as part of the area is located in the world’s largest tropical national park. We also transport the fermented and dried cacao beans CO₂ neutral to Europe on the sailing freighter “Tres Hombres“.

The Guaviare chocolate 80% surprises with a flowery, nutty flavour, accompanied by delicate roasted and citrus notes.
