We caramelize this Sicilian delicacy in a nostalgic copper pot in our manufactory and coat it with our fine Hacienda Limon 74% chocolate.
The result is an almond that is perfectly complemented by Hacienda Limon 74%.
We do not use any glazing agents in our Dragée products, but they shine with a very unique look.
