Workshop and tasting about the fantastic foodpair chocolate and beer

Are you passionate about the golden sparkling drink? But you also love the feeling of a piece of good chocolate, slowly melting on your tongue? Did you ever think about to combine this two traditional things? Now is the time to taste the combination of beer and chocolate.

Carole Waser from BFM Brasserie in Jura brings us a lot of exclusive beers to Zurich. Together with our chocolate maker Finn Ramseier and food-expert Laura Schälchli she’s welcoming you in our chocolate manufactory in Zurich Binz and shows you around in the fascinating world of chocolate and beer.

During their talk about the origin of our chocolates and how hops, malt and water cooperate, you’re free to enjoy – then also beer can be drank with style. For our big beer and chocolate tasting we carefully selected a number of different highquality beers and different matching chocolates for you, so now you and your gustative nervs can discover and taste your favourite combination.

For the perfect finish of a round evening of good chocolate, good beer and good people we offer a small dinner fresh out of the oven for you and one glass of your new favourite beer to cheer to a good evening.
