Milk chocolate with 62% cocoa content, 1KG package

With rising summer feelings due to the first rays of sunshine, we have meant it very well in the current production and made the Hacienda Limon, Milk and Nibs a little thicker than usual. Of course, the same quality, just a little more to nibble.

In our Zurich factory we process cocoa beans which we roast in small batches, grind in the stonemelangeur.

With this chocolate we connect two of our direct partner farms.
We take the cocoa of the Hacienda Limon from Ecuador to make the chocolate mass, the cocoa nibs of the Fazenda Vera Cruz from Brazil are continuously added afterwards.

Store in a dry, well packed and dark place between 16 – 20 °C.
