Hacienda San Cayetano, Farina Bona – The surprising one
Popcorn or chocolate? Why not combine them? We thought so – and created an unusual chocolate: Hacienda San Cayetano, Farina Bona 68%.
Farina Bona is added to the spicy cocoa of Hacienda San Cayetano in our factory in Zurich. Farina Bona is a traditional corn flour from the Onsernone Valley, obtained by the very fine grinding of roasted corn grains.
The spicy characteristics of the cocoa bean of the Finca Rodrigo together with the fine roasted aroma of the corn flour, which reminds of popcorn – an exciting taste experience.
