Payment & Shipping

The minimum order value is CHF 25. Postage costs are openly communicated and displayed in the shopping cart. Value added tax is included in all prices. We reserve the right to change prices.

Our chocolate is shipped in recycled cardboard boxes to guarantee a delivery that is as ecological as possible.

“Züri City Same Day” Delivery by Veloblitz

This option allows for same-day delivery of orders within Zurich. Order by 12 pm (Mon – Fri) and we guarantee same-day delivery. Orders after 12 pm will be delivered on the following business day, entirely eco-friendly.

All orders will be confirmed to you by mail. When you receive the electronic confirmation for the execution of your order, a contractual relationship is established. Since our delivery is assembled and shipped as quickly as possible, a cancellation of your order is generally not possible.

Payment by credit card

You have the option to pay by debit card, credit card or Twint. Payment is processed through the secure platform. Unfortunately, we can’t accept Postcard at the moment.

Payment by bank transfer / advance payment

You also have the option to pay for your order in advance. After placing your order, you will receive an email with the invoice. As soon as we get the confirmation of your payment, we will bring your chocolate to the post office.

In case of late payment, we charge CHF 8 for the 2nd reminder, or CHF 10 for a 3rd reminder, plus 1% interest per month. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.

The customer takes responsibility for the delivered goods, even if the products were deposited at the front door or at a neighbor’s house in the customer’s absence.

Complaints regarding the quality of the delivered items will be accepted over a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

Any products ordered by the customer by mistake will not be taken back or refunded.
