If an article has a defect (except breakage the chocolate bar) do not hesitate to contact us. Complaints need to be communicated within 10 days after delivery.
If an item is not in stock, this amount will be refunded. More detailed product information can be found under the article on our website or with the delivered article.

Postage charges are communicated openly and displayed in the shopping cart. VAT is included in all prices. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Our chocolate is shipped in recycled/pre-used cardboard in order to deliver our chocolate as ecologically as possible.
All orders will be confirmed by email. The electronic confirmation of the execution of your order creates a contractual relationship. As our delivery will be processed and shipped as soon as possible, it is not possible to cancel your order.
Payment by credit card
You have the possibility to pay directly by debit or credit card. Payment is processed via the protected platform. Unfortunately, we cannot accept Postcard for the time being.

You also have the possibility to pay your order with prepayment.

In the event of default in payment, we will charge 8th or 10th for a third reminder, plus 1% interest per month for the second reminder. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
Protection of Privacy
As a matter of principle, we do not pass on personal customer data to third parties. Except for the data that is needed to process your order. (e. g. delivery address for the post office)
As soon as you log on to our site, all data is transmitted in encrypted form.
The customer assumes responsibility for the delivered products, even if they were deposited in his absence in front of the door or with a neighbour.
Complaints regarding the quality of the delivery will be accepted within 10 days after receipt of the goods. Products which the customer has ordered by mistake will not be taken back or refunded.
Registration and purchase via www.laflor.ch is binding.
Passing on a ticket
If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to pass on your booked place to friends. Purchases already made cannot be refunded.
Insurance is the responsibility of the participants. LAFLOR assumes no liability.
LAFLOR reserves the right to cancel or postpone events, e.g. in case of illness of the course instructor. In this case, payments will be fully refunded.
