Glam Hazelnuts Dragées with milk chocolate – 80g
There is a graceful combination behind the new Glam Hazelnuts: lightly roasted hazelnuts, of course of the Tonda Gentile variety from the Piedmont region of Italy, a little caramel and our fabulous Hacienda Limon 56% dark milk chocolate. The seductive twist is created by the aromatic spice mix supplied by the Schwarzenbach company, the fine Hüppen (wafer rolls) rasps from the Straumann bakery and a touch of gold dust. That’s right, we mix just the right amount of the finest crispy Hüppen into the chocolate during the coating process. Thanks to the Straumann Hüppen AG manufactory in Wädenswil on Lake Zurich, we are once again able to work with a Swiss producer for this specialty. Founded in 1947, the family business has successfully guarded the Hüppen recipe. The recipe developed back then is still used today. Straumann produces without food waste; if the Hüppen become slightly longer, shorter or crooked during the production process, they end up as broken Hüppen in the Hüppenlädeli (shop) or in our Glam Hazelnuts Dragées.
