When Laura worked at the smokehouse DasPure in the Zurich Oberland a few years ago, she met Lukas Lienhard for the first time. The great common interest in sustainable food topics led to many projects, such as a food photography workshop at Sobre Mesa.
We love his calm and precise way of portraying food and people in a very touching way. During the first photo shoot, we showed him the different types of cacao and the basic steps of chocolate making. Lukas was under the spell of chocolate in no time!
