Sustainable mobility at laflor

Not so long ago, we at laflor started cruising through the city of Zurich on our new eCargobike from the French brand Moustache with a Bosch motor. Not only does this save us an enormous amount of time when shopping, distributing our products and even travelling to work, it also reflects our philosophy: developing products that follow the natural cycle without consuming unnecessary resources. And this attitude should run through everything we do, from raw cacao and its procurement to distribution via eCargobike. These are all elements you will taste when you try our products!

Our experience with the eCargobike

The eCargobike is robust, easy to ride and, as we don’t own a car, the most efficient way to move around in the city. We use it to deliver our products to various restaurants and delicatessens and Laura rides it twice a week to the weekly market on Bürkliplatz to buy lunch for the team. And the best thing about the eCargobike: it’s also incredibly fun to whizz around on! It’s super practical in both summer and winter. And we can avoid the overcrowded trams and city traffic.

Transparency and inspiration in our manufactory

Something that is also very close to our hearts is to share our approach in our manufactory with our partners and customers and to inspire them. We are convinced that it is possible to produce and sell a sustainable and high-quality product. That is why we also maintain transparent communication. Our manufactory is open to the public (every Thursday and Friday from 3-6 pm) and can be experienced, for example, through various training courses and workshops, manufactory evenings or other exciting events.
