An important part of the test trials is, of course, TASTING! In this case, the tasting group was given three pieces of chocolate without any description. They tested the chocolate with all their senses and individually wrote down their evaluations. After that, we discussed the individual chocolates together. The questions asked during the tasting were:

What does it look like?
How does it break?
How does it smell?
How does it taste in your mouth?
How does it feel in your mouth?
How is the aftertaste in your mouth?

Cacao beans contain more than 400 flavor components and vary depending on the type of cacao, location and on-site processing.
