DasProvisorium is a food and culture collective that offers its co-working space to innovative and sustainable projects in the food sector. Since the foundation of DasProvisurium, laflor is part of this food hub.

Besides providing a home for laflor, DasProvisorium is now also home to FOOD ZURICH, AlpenPionier, Sobremesa and many more.

DasProvisorium is the perfect place for anyone who appreciates good food, culinary delights and sustainability, and/or is looking for a permanent or temporary workspace in a great co-working community.

The co-working space is located in the old Buchmann confiserie (alte Konfiserie Buchmann Zürich). The entire project is organized as an association and is temporary.

This is how you find us:

When you stand in front of the Buchmann Bakery building, walk along the right side of the building until you reach the back ramp. You will find us on the top floor.

Follow the signs “DasProvisorium”!

Thursdays and Fridays (except holidays), from 3 to 6 pm.
