Hacienda San Cayetano is a family business located in Canoabo, in western Venezuela. The Hacienda was founded by Luis Morales in 2003. Luis grows a huge selection of fruits, and his son, Rodrigo, takes care of the cacao cultivation. In Canoabo, the autochthonous cacao Criollo is grown, which is native to the region and known worldwide for its fine aroma.

The Hacienda San Cayetano has a great social and economic impact on the region, motivating other farmers to start growing cacao again and making the village of Canoabo a popular cacao tourism destination. They also make their own chocolate on site. They also welcome visitors to their hacienda for tours, workshops and meals.
