Our manufactory is located in Zurich Altstetten in the former SBB workshops. This is where the cacao beans are processed; they are roasted in small batches, ground and conched in the stone mélangeur, then tempered and finally molded into chocolate bars or turned into dragées. All laflor products can be purchased directly from the manufactory.
The laflor manufactory is open for visits, guided tours and chocolate purchases.
On the following evenings our chocolate manufactory is open until 8 pm as part of our Laura’s monthly Chocolate Event.
